Houston Filipino Street Festival

The Houston Filipino Street Festival, among the largest cultural celebrations of its kind in Texas, returns Saturday, October 17, 2026, to Constellation Field in Sugar Land with new festival hours from 3–10 PM. Organized by the Filipino Young Professionals of Houston (FYP Houston), the annual event celebrates Filipino heritage through food, music, dance, entertainment, and community. The festival began in 2014 as a thank you to Houston for supporting FYP’s fundraising efforts for victims of Typhoon Haiyan in the Philippines. Guests can enjoy authentic Filipino cuisine, cultural performances, live entertainment, vendors, games, family activities, and more. Headlining this year’s festival is Filipino American singer-songwriter AJ Rafael, a longtime voice in the Filipino American and AAPI music community. His debut album, Red Roses, reached the iTunes and Billboard charts, and he has collaborated with artists including Tori Kelly, Jeremy Passion, Kina Grannis, and Kolohe Kai. A limited number of meet-and-greet tickets will also be available. Hosting this year are ABC13 Meteorologist Elita Loresca and former KPRC reporter Rose Ann Aragon.
