So Chic! reaches across time to showcase the voices of queer composers through the ages. Featured guest, Houston Pride Orchestra, will bring to life Tchaikovsky’s lilting waltz from Serenade for Strings. Samuel Barber’s choral setting of “Adagio” will be provide the soaring musical backdrop for contemporary dance.
