Homeward Bound The After Pawty

Come for the movie. Stay for the puppies.

Magic Lantern Presents is taking audiences on an incredible journey back to 1993 with a special big-screen screening of Disney’s beloved family classic, Homeward Bound: The Incredible Journey.

Relive the adventure of Chance, Shadow, and Sassy as they travel across the wilderness to find their way home. Whether you grew up watching the film on VHS or you're introducing it to a new generation, this nostalgic screening is the perfect opportunity to experience a childhood favorite the way movies were meant to be seen—on the big screen.

But the adventure doesn't end when the credits roll!

Stick around for The After Pawty, a dog-filled celebration featuring adoptable dogs from True Companions Animal Shelter & Clinic, local pet vendors, prize giveaways, and more. Meet some adorable four-legged friends, discover local pet-focused businesses, and enjoy an afternoon of movies, community, and canine companionship.

Best of all, the event proudly benefits True Companions Animal Shelter & Clinic, a Denver-based No Kill nonprofit dedicated to providing shelter, care, and loving homes for animals in need.

Produced by Magic Lantern Presents, an experiential entertainment company bringing movies off the screen and into the real world, Homeward Bound + The After Pawty combines '90s nostalgia with a feel-good community experience for movie lovers, families, and dog enthusiasts alike.

One beloved movie. Plenty of wagging tails.
