Beau Jo's Colorado Style Pizza - Idaho Springs

A thick, hand-braided crust built to hold piled-on toppings defines the Colorado-style mountain pies served at this Idaho Springs staple on Miner Street. Part of the Beau Jo’s story since the 1970s, the restaurant also serves salads, sandwiches, calzones, and Colorado craft beer.
