Established in 1999, Chelsea Vineyards is based in Calistoga, with a five-acre mountain vineyard just over the Sonoma County line in the Fountain Grove AVA. The estate focuses on limited-production, single-vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon and Rosé of Cabernet Sauvignon. Set 1,200 feet above Calistoga in the Mayacamas Mountains, the vineyard’s fruit is shaped by hillside exposure and a cooler basin.
