Ad Vivum produces a single-vineyard, sustainably farmed Cabernet Sauvignon made from 100% Napa Valley fruit. The wine is crafted by longtime winemaker Chris Phelps, who describes the name as a blend of Latin ideas: “ad” suggesting movement with intention, and “vivum” drawing from vivere and vinum—where life and wine meet.
