Saddleback Cellars is an Oakville District winery founded in 1978 by winemaker Nils Venge, known as the “King of Cab” and the first American winemaker to receive a 100-point score from Robert Parker. Set off Oakville Crossroad on Money Road, the winery produces Cabernet from its 14-acre estate alongside small-lot wines such as Charbono, Vermentino, Tannat and Petit Verdot.
