Alcohol-removed Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon are the draw here, made from J. Lohr’s sustainably farmed estate vineyards in Monterey County and Paso Robles. First released in 1985, ARIEL wines are fermented, barrel aged, and then have the alcohol gently removed through a proprietary process.
