Alcohol-removed Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon are the focus here, made from J. Lohr’s sustainably farmed estate vineyards in Monterey County and Paso Robles. Debuting in 1985, the wines are fermented and barrel aged before the alcohol is gently removed through a proprietary process.
