Operated by the nuns of Holy Assumption Monastery, this Calistoga-based 501(c)(3) produces Orthodox Christian chalice wine from Napa Valley. Begun in 2011, its Premium and California Chalice Wines are made for liturgical use, with a sweet style also described for dessert or sipping.
