Patel Winery is a small-production Napa Valley winery focused on 100% Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon and other Bordeaux varietals. Its wines are aged exclusively in new French oak barrels and made with zero residual sugar, naturally occurring sulfites, lower alcohol, and no fining or filtering. Wine club members receive first access to the portfolio, with tastings available by mailing list sign-up.
