Paratus is a small, family-owned vineyard in Napa Valley’s Mount Veeder appellation. Rob and Christina Jennings produce one limited-quantity boutique wine each year from estate-grown grapes, with low-impact practices including dry farming and hand tending. Its Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is described as having velvety texture, finely woven tannins, and deep, dark-fruited flavors.
