Cabernet Sauvignon anchors the label’s history, beginning with 12 acres planted in Simmons Canyon near Calistoga in 1999. Kelly Fleming later built caves and a stone winery on the estate, though the property has since been sold; wines continue to be sold online and through the mailing list.
