Tom Eddy Winery focuses on mountain-grown Cabernet Sauvignons from premium hillside vineyards in Napa Valley and beyond. Tastings are available by appointment only at its cave, which has views of Mt. St. Helena and the Palisades. The winery is also known for a special aging program, with wines held before release, and offers the Parcel One wine club.
