Galveston Bay Foundation

Since 1987, the organization has worked to protect Galveston Bay through education, habitat restoration, land conservation, water protection, research, and advocacy. Its work includes conserving more than 22,000 acres, monitoring water quality around the Bay, recycling oyster shell, and studying bottlenose dolphin groups.
