On 25 acres in Suisun Valley, the winery grows its vines with its own bottles in mind rather than focusing on high-yield grape sales. Located inside Village 360 in Fairfield, it produces 11 varietals and hosts wine tasting experiences centered on its old-school approach to winemaking.
