Bolen Winery

Merlot is the central project here, with roughly 1,000 cases produced and each vintage handled through harvest, crush, barrel work, tasting, and bottling. Visits take place at the winery’s Napa Valley cave by arrangement, and wines are sold only to members and cave guests.
