Fatted Calf is a butcher shop and charcuterie maker with locations at Napa’s Oxbow Public Market and San Francisco’s Ferry Building. It offers small-batch handmade charcuterie, heritage pork, grass-fed beef, local lamb, pastured poultry, specialty roasts, house-made sausage and salumi, plus sandwiches, salads, boxed lunches, broths, soups, groceries, beer and wine. Butchery classes and catered events are also available.
